I've seen Secret State, had to search for it to remind myself. Loved the story. Wish it could happen.

Never seen the Parole Officer, which is funny because I'm in it as an extra. Stephen's role has been mentioned before and the pic of him and Lena has been posted. GoT introduced me to Stephen, and the Tunnel revealed his range to me and increased my opinion of his acting. I loved the subtle performance of Clemence. I would like to see her in more stuff.

For myself, from a fans perspective it is more important to have someone who can fulfil what is required in the role.

If Jon has died at the wall, then that absolves him of his NW duties, looking at the Oath. Ned's regret could mean anything.

They can be, Inherent can be used instead. There is no Sauron/Orc. There might be true psychopaths. The Mountain might be a good candidate. But the barbarity of the time Martin has studied was greater than it is now. There are heinous acts, and characters committing atrocities, but there isn't any inherent 'evil'. That's a simplistic viewpoint that is a hangover from High Fantasy. Horrible is not 'evil.'

There are non UK actors in the show. I think it would depend on the quality of your accents. The original Mountain sent in a self-tape. You could do that? As Quentyn?
