I also didn’t see Ghost in the preview. Didn’t see two dragons either which makes me wonder about Rhaegal. Maybe if you break it down frame by frame we’ll see them. 

It’s odd that he was immune to dragon fire but was killed by dragon glass

Did Rhaegal die? We saw him go down and didn’t see him again.
