Tywin Manderly
Do you think that any Essosi have ever been part of the Night's Watch during its long history?
DragonDreamer
Probably. I'm sure there has been imigration on both sides (Westeros and Essosi) and someone from Essosi decent ended up at the Wall. That or an Essosi criminal could have been sent there. Ser Muradin the Small
Well, assuming the Wall IS 8000 years old its very likely. After all, at least some of those Essosi sellswords must have been in the losing side of a war during these years ; some most likely weren't witty enough to change sides and hence likely got walled
Jaak
Jaqen Hghar was sent to the wall. In peacetime, Watch recruiters are not attacked, and Essosi felons reach the Wall.

The Gallows Knight
Essosi commits a crime in Westeros? That's a walling. Essosi sellsword captured in battle in Westeros? That's a walling. Essosi vagabond slowly starving to death in Westeros? That's a walling. Essosi sailor that gets drunk and runs into the wrong recruiter? That's a walling. Essosi man who is slightly creative and trying to avoid execution or assassination? That's a walling.
