Why isn't Jaime on Arya's prayer list?

Arya is a very young girl and she decides her moves purely by her emotional state. At that time Jaime was at Robbs hands and she thought he would punish Jaime and then she hears about hoe her lady mother let him go so maybe she just went along with her mothers actions thinking that Cat had some reason for doing it.And the thing that starts her list is about her family and all those on her list are responsible for hurting her family(Arya adopts people as her family as she travels for example the reason for Tickler to get in on the list is because of how she tortured villagers and her friends).Maybe she was ashamed of Cats actions or maybe she just forget it who knows.Another aspect of her decisions is she sees everyone as equals there is no difference for her between lords and smallfolk,The reason why she didn't add all those Freys or all of Mountains men was she didn't know all of their names and her list is about her personal revenge.Freys don't get in on the list because she didn't know their names but also she knows she can't kill all of them same goes for the mountains men.She can kill one or two men inside their company but all of them is not possible and if she tried to kill all of them then she will be discovered she does her business in secret if she tried killing all of them then she would get caught.

In addition to what has been said, Jaime attacked armed men who had the ability to fight and defend themselves. The ones on her list are responsible for great injustices against the innocent and/or the weak. I suppose this could be a part of the reasons that he's not in her list.

Well there are two theories one is Millers kids theory other is by being the ward of Ned Stark he was part of the family theory also there is the handing over Ironborn to Ramsay theory which makes it three theories.

All pretty weak IMO. Theon is many things, but a Kinslayer isn't one of them.

Because Arya is almost blinded by hatred. As a matter of fact, I think her becoming blind for a short time was to show her that. Arya doesn't always realise when someone is doing her a good turn. She put the Hound on her prayer list because he wouldn't charge in single handedly and save her mother. He saved her life, but there was no thanks, only blind hatred. She becomes upset at Gendry and Hot Pie because they don't want to go on the same path as her.

I'm not saying that Arya doesn't have reason to be angry, but she does tend to be a little selfish. She needs to realise she can't kill everyone. She needs help.

Arya is a very young girl and she decides her moves purely by her emotional state.... her list is about her personal revenge.Freys don't get in on the list because she didn't know their names but also she knows she can't kill all of them same goes for the mountains men.She can kill one or two men inside their company but all of them is not possible and if she tried to kill all of them then she will be discovered she does her business in secret if she tried killing all of them then she would get caught.

This is the basic reason.

Arya is still a young girl, and the list is generally those who she hates for very immediate and personal reasons. Not necessarily logical, consistent, or strategically-sound ones.

Jaime was never on it, nor Tywin. For the sake of the war, and what they've done, both should have been.

Ilyn Payne is just an executioner and is on it. (Yet Janos Slynt was not?)

The Tickler is understandable, as Gregor's torturer.

However, Dunsen's crime (aside from whatever all of Gregors men get up to) was that he took Gendry's bull helmet.

Yes, if Arya knew Jaime had pushed Bran out the window, he'd definitely be on it. If she knew Littlefinger's betrayed her father, he'd be on it too.

The Hound is on it, because of Mycah, but gets removed because of .... ??? (Feel free to speculate. I can guess at 3 reasons at least.)

Arya might never learn that Cersei sent out Jaime at Darry Castle to cut her hand off, but she might well learn that Jaime was responsible for Bran's fall. I take it we will read of the fight of the left-handers, and how Jaime Lannister finally paid his debt.
