Martell and Stark

A Stark/Mormont marriage doesn't achieve much in all respect. The Mormonts don't seem that powerful.

If they can marry a Blackwood they can also marry a Bracken, and Bracken has plenty of daughters.

Besides worshipping the 7, they are the same in almost all respects.

That's an issue though since to Northern eyes, Robb's already half-Andal. Another Riverlands marriage for the Lord of Winterfell who already has a Seven-worshiping Riverland mother could lead to problems. Outside marriages are far from unheard of for the Starks, but you want to space them out if you're going to maintain your "Blood of the First Men!" cred.

Beg to disagree, The Tullys despite being worshipers of the Seven are of First Men descent, same goes with the Manderlys whom the Starks have intermarried with several times.. If there is something the Brackens have that might dissuade Starks for a possible marriage alliance, is that they don't have the best "history" despite their ancient line unlike the Blackwoods who have already scored a Storm Queen, 2 Ladies of Winterfell and a Queen of the Seven Kingdoms while the Brackens have, well.. none.. Also, by a small twist of fate, the Blackwoods might have been the official Kings of the Riverlands..

A Bracken match is a fine match, besides the Brackens personality. A Waynwood/Arryn was going to marry a Bracken, and Tullys also would have. A Bracken and Blackwood are the same in terms of strength and everything. It is just their gods that are different. They are rivals, and equals. The Brackens were also kings of the riverlands.

Those distinctions are cultural - if everyone who could trace their lineage back to the Age of Heroes counted as "First Men" and not "Andals" then the Tyrells and the Arryns would be the only Andal Houses amongst the Lords Paramount (and maybe not even the Arryns if you count them coopting the Winged Knight myth). In terms of actual blood EVERYONE IS ANDAL and EVERYONE IS FIRST MEN. What matters is the perception of a House's culture.

My point is that Robb already looks Southern to Northern eyes. The next generation of inheriting Starks being born of his union with a daughter of the south would basically assure that the end of the dark northern features in the Lords of Winterfell.
