Bronn was responsible for Tanda Stokeworth's death

I believe Bronn was responsible for Tanda's death.
During AFFC, Bronn lives with Lollys and Tanda at castle Stokeworth. While still at Stokeworth, Lady Tanda falls from her horse when her saddle girth bursts. She shatters her hip in the accident. Later on a stable boy is punished for this, as he should have seen that the strap was worn.

What am I trying to say? Bronn was the one responsible for the unfastened saddle strap. He untied Tanda's horse's saddle strap. He wanted to get rid of her and this was probably the sneakiest and least riskiest way of fatally injuring her. No one suspects Bronn for this and instead they pin the blame on the poor stable boy.
