Could be a popular one, could be utterly crackpot. But they are all fairly well-known. When resolved, there will be an EXTRA letter in each answer not needed for the anagram. These 13 letters need to be resorted to produce a final, 'festive theory' .... which could be true, who knows? You know, personally I think it would explain a lot ....
