I'm going to check out Vandermeer's and Evenson's tie-in's, read a good review of both on another site, maybe they will left the level of the average tie-in.

I hear Vandermeer's Finch comes out in November btw.

November 2009, you mean, right? I heard that too. I've read only 40 pages or so of VanderMeer's tie-in and he certainly wrote this in a more "direct" style than his earlier work, but the pacing is interesting. I suspect his work, maybe Evenson's, and likely Buckell's Halo novel might change my mind about tie-in novels.

If it is by Laurell K. Hamilton it is a lot more than QUASI pron - it is real honest to God pron, probably with lots of graphic group sex and bestiality. :stunned:

And you gave it to your MOTHER????????????????????? :leaving:

OK, I have a sick sense of humor :P But my mom does read some apparently racy romance novels on occasion, so I thought maybe the LKH might help keep her awake a bit longer when she lies on the couch to read... ;)

Nah, it's just a way of listing book receipts in photo/link form for those few who are curious. I'd say it's more book voyeurism for those who bother clicking on the links ;)
