Ignore funtction broke or moved?

Anyone know where the "ignore user" function is located now? Seems I can't add anyone to my list, yet my old ignores are working as usual.

Upper right in the login area dropdown, "Manage Ignored Users".

but I still can't add anyone from a thread---I recall there used to be a choice on each users drop down menu when they post, with the option to add them to your ignore list. This no longer seems to be the case, hence, no way to add anyone.

Edit--Ah, I see where to add in the "manage ignored users" area, but this seems to somewhat clumsy compared to the old method.
