We don't meet him in a Daernerys POV.11. We don't see him in the Riverlands.12. He is not part of an organisation (like the FM or the Iron Bank).13. As far as we know, he is alive at the end of ADwD.14. He is from a Free City, and very proud of it.HINT: We meet him as a part of something.
