Joff killing Ned ( No War of the 5 kings- Robb drawing Lannister forces north was a major factor. Not sure the other "kings" would have gone toe to toe with Tywin F*****G Lannister if a child hadn't shown them the way!) 3. Mirri maz duur exacting petty vengeance on Drogo (No self immolating Dany! Robert not removing House Lannister as a Major house, they waited until the war was won to declare and should have payed the price.2. Robert keeping Varys & Littlefinger in KL.3. Robert marrying Cersei.I could pick a few characters and each would have made decisions that directly affected Westeros. That said, I think even eliminating these mistakes is just delaying the inevitable. A lot of shit in Westeros is simply a breathing time bomb.
