She was right; the Dothraki are slavers and rapists and "The Stallion who mounts the world," prophesy is about Dothraki dominance. Jaime is far more of a villain, especially in aGoT when he is explicitly presented as one.Mel's a weaker villain, but people felt that her burnings qualified her.
