Soon comes the pale mare

It mentions the disease that spreads around slavers bay.

the Kraken and the Dark Flame

This is Victarion and Moqorro

The lion and the Griffin

Tyrion who will probably meet Dany, and Jon Conn who was going to go to Mereen with Aegon.

The sun's son and the mummers dragon

Quentyn, who we know arrives in Mereen, and Aegon who was acting as Young Griff ergo. he is the Mummer's dragon

Remember the Undying, beware the perfumed seneschal

The undying are the Warlocks and the perfumed seneschal could be the shavepate

Hmmm, I am sorry but where is the analysis part? I mean, all of this could be read on wiki page... Although I imagine we could debate who the "perfumed seneschal" is...

All the people on the list were on their way to Dany at that point in time - and Quaithe says 'soon comes' and then the list.

Given a few change their course, it's possible this was a glass candle reading from Quaithe (you can see over land and sea in real-time), and not a reading from the future. She mentions glass candles in the same paragraph.

I think you have those correct, although I don't go with Shavepate for PS. And Quaithe saying remember the Undying might just mean 'remember those funky visions you saw, they will be important'.

Interestingly, the original draft had Euron and Vic, not Moqorro.
