So we need to find someone who still uses heraldry, and has a sun on their arms...and convince them to rise in the west and set in the east. So basically they need to get up in the morning in say California, hop a plane, and go to bed that night in New York? I'm hoping that would work because finding someone of the right bloodline who would volunteer to be dragon-roasted could be problematic, even if we could find a dragon who isn't a vegan these days.
