    Best lines of E06

Bran to Jon - "You were exactly where you were suppose to be"

    Your favorite individual acting performance

Arya, Tryion and Cersei top three for me. That's for the whole series by the way.

Why was Bran looking for Drogon?

He needed to do the weekly shop in a hurry.

    Watch, Watched, Watching: Getting Sneaky

Watched the first two episodes, really enjoying it. Definitely not a run of the mill cop show, but it's still got all the right ingredients - great chemistry between the two lead characters, good story-line and the attention to detail is on point as well. Thought the interview scenes with Kemper were very well done, even if it did piss off their boss!

Gonna start Mindhunter tonight after hearing really good things about it. Tried watching an old one last night called The Last Panthers, about diamond smuggling. Started off OK, but steadily became worse, jumping all over the place etc, plus some of the characters weren't convincing in the slightest.

Agreed, Save Me was brilliant as well. As for the scenes, this is something Shane Meadows does in all his films, sets out a basic script for the actors and let's them improvise as and when they feel the need. It's even more noticeable in This is England, which if you haven't seen it, also stars SG and is fantastic as well.

    Chernobyl (miniseries)

    Outstanding TV

Indeed it was, utterly brilliant though. Shane Meadows has done it again, and I've run out of plaudits for Stephen Graham. He really is at the top of his game and is without doubt the finest British actor of his generation, IMO.

Currently watching an old BBC drama called Bodies, written by the same guy who wrote Line of Duty and set in an NHS Hospital. It's really good but very dark and depressing. Makes Casualty look like a kid's Tea Party!

Football: pool in to the Final Spur of the season

Bit of a joke sacking Hughton because the club want to go in a "different direction." I remember when Curbishley was sacked by Charlton because the club wanted to go to "the next level." That went well, eh? As for what's going on at Utd, from an Arsenal POV, any fans who start getting frustrated at Emery should see the mess they've been in since Fergie left and have a bit of patience. OK, so he might not get us challenging for the League yet, but he's got a decent track record and to get us to the EL Final in his first season, with that squad, is no mean feat. Be careful what you wish for and all that bollocks

People are hating this episode for the wrong reasons

    It's only a TV show

    Chernobyl (miniseries)

Agreed, it's very good and really grim. Those poor people I know what you mean about the accents as well, and all I kept doing was going, I know him, she was in so and so! Soon got used to it though and can't wait for the next episode.

Football, a Sterling effort, but Virgil got Dijk'd.

Do you work for UEFA I get what you're saying, and obviously you can't please everyone, but I just feel sorry for the "real" fans, who always get the raw deal, when without them the game would be nothing.

Football, a Sterling effort, but Virgil got Dijk'd.

The ticket allocation for both Finals is an absolute joke, as is the idea of sending two teams from the same City thousands of miles to play a game. Yet again it's the true fans who suffer, while the Fat Cats at UEFA line their pockets, chomp on their cigars and drink champagne, and not giving a single fuck about the people who really matter. I know it's nothing new, but that doesn't stop it being total nonsense.
