I_Might_Be_God
Anybody know how many episodes Alfie Allen is in the year? Theon/Reek's arch is one of my favorite storylines in ASOIAF. I would hope to see a lot of Winterfell this season, it will also allow show watchers to get more of the Boltons, which is something I feel has been neglected a bit. I'm really interested in how the show will handle it this season and hope they don't disappoint.
Vee Stark
I agree. It's one of my favorite story lines too!!! Hopefully , if we are lucky we'll get at least two or three episodesl :)
Jack Bauer 24
Only two or three?
locke614
There's a lot to show, two or three episodes with a focus on him, and throw the storyline in a few other episodes, that's a lot. I have a feeling he has a big part in the upcoming books.
TheTowerOfJoy
I guess it depends on whether we get all the way through his ADWD material or not...
Takyon
I guess it depends on whether we get all the way through his ADWD material or not... I'm guessing that we will. There's not too much going on in their neck of the woods, so expect the Theon/Bolton arc to follow through like this: Ramsay and Reek/Theon move to Winterfell. Reek/Theon acts as Theon Greyjoy during the marriage between Ramsay and fArya (or Sansa, if the show is crazy enough to go that route). Roose and Ramsay have a falling out, followed by Roose's discussion with Theon regarding Ramsay's conception. Mysterious deaths begin occurring around Winterfell, including the death of Myranda. Theon converts to the Religion of the Old Gods and repents for his past sins (and maybe spots the Hooded Man). Theon and fArya escape Winterfell with the help of wildings sent by Jon Snow I don't think that Theon will encounter either Asha/Yara or Stannis just yet (since I'm anticipating that Stannis holds his invasion of the North for Season 6) but Theon is honestly one of the few characters remaining who have relatively straight and non-convoluted plotlines. I see no real reason for there to be major deviations unless they decide to knock off one of the Boltons for kicks.
Beric175
I think a couple of months ago it was said that the Boltons would set the tone of the season so hopefully that means that we'll get a lot of Theon/Reek. My favourite storyline in what were 2 tedious books.
I'll pay the iron price
Isnt Charlotte Hope (Myranda) touted to be in 4 of the 10 episodes?Expect at least the same for Theon/ReekI;m looking forward to Theon/Reek's storyline as well The events unfolding at Winterfell and Stannis at the wall are the events I'm most looking forward too I wonder if Yara will make an appearance? Kasakka
Theon might escape Winterfell, if we have enough time. Theon and fArya jumping would be a good end for his season. Then the first thing in season six for Theon would be meeting Stannis.
Roose is Azor Ahai
About 7 or six episodes, with 3 of them solely focus on him (I mean the Winterfell scenes)
Arkash
My guess is : Episode 1 : Some Winterfell exposition, talking about receiving Northern Lords. fArya (or whatever) introduced.Episode 3 : Wedding. Roose talks with the Lords. Ramsay is a sociopath.Episode 5 : Tensions between the different houses. First murders.Episode 7 : Theon's confession at the Heart Tree. Meets wildlings. Some more murders.Episode 9 : Stannis is approaching. Some blood is shed between among the Lords. Roose sends men to confront Stannis. Theon's escape.Episode 10 : Dunno, but I think they'll be in. alcasinoroyale
Yeah my guess was 6 Episodes, but it could possibly be 7. He has 5 Chapters left in ADWD and that 1 chapter that was already released from TWOW. But whether Jeyne Poole, Wyman Manderly, and Barbrey Dustin appear, Idk. We never really got confirmation that those 3 characters won't appear, so I wouldn't count them out just yet.

Udvarnoky
I suspect Theon will get considerable screentime this year because I'm thinking they will get all the way into the unveiled Winds of Winter material.
Lord_Dustin
I think that this depends on where the show goes with Sansa's storyline. If they decide to go with the 'Sansa in Winterfell' theory then I would expect significant screen time for Theon. Littlefinger could be given some of Barbrey's dialogue. Perhaps he could journey down to the vaults and explain his fixation with Catelyn Stark?

Poète Lauréat
Depends also if Stannis is going to leave Castle Black this season.
Arkash
That seems like a sure bet. There are videos out there (the pledge your allegiance ones) where he's seen blood on his face in a snowy forest. That's not likely to be the Wall and I see no reason to keep Stannis at the Wall after episode 5.
Failing At Dinner
I think that this depends on where the show goes with Sansa's storyline. If they decide to go with the 'Sansa in Winterfell' theory then I would expect significant screen time for Theon. Littlefinger could be given some of Barbrey's dialogue. Perhaps he could journey down to the vaults and explain his fixation with Catelyn Stark? I like that idea, bringing Littlefinger into it. The snow castle scene would be good foreshadowing, and an explanation of his Catelyn-related motivations would be nice. Littlefinger talking to Roose has the potential to be classic too. A pair of calculating psychopaths testing each other for potential weaknesses, or for points of shared self-interest. I want to see plenty of Theon and the Boltons, so long as it doesn't mean I have to watch Yara sailing back and forth to Pyke like a yo-yo. I quite like Yara, but any character bouncing back and forth between two locations for flimsy reasons gets old quick (it's already old... that "rescue" of Theon was abysmal).
