HexMachina Posted March 25, 2022 Share Posted March 25, 2022 I had the day off work today and it coincided with a particularly nice bit of Spring weather. So I met the Mothership at the beach, put some flowers on my grandparents grave, and then went for a coffee, Sat and chatted for an hour or so. Then I left her so she could go pick up the dogs from the groomers, and I walked along the coast (Roker to South Shields in case anyone is familiar). It was still nice out so I got myself a gin, sat outside and called a friend who came and met me after work and we went out for a meal. This feels like the first day off I've had in a long time where I've truly just relaxed and enjoyed myself rather than having had something I needed to do Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
