I don’t see why that would be the case. Kremlin doesn’t use the army against protestors but the police or FSB. Both of which are strong and loyal to Putin. These protests need to be much more numerous (talking millions here) to have effect. To get such numbers the war would need to last for a long time and have significant Russian casualties, and so far, it seems the Russian army is cutting trough Ukraine like a hot knife trough butter.
