Terrorthatflapsinthenight9
Victarion Greyjoy has moments like this, such as his battle plan against the Volantese fleet in TWOW which is pretty clever. Also while he and Asha should have found an entent, and even if it was mostly for the wrong reasons (his dumb belief that the Ironborn can truly conquer and occupy the North) he wasn't wrong to reject Asha's plan.
