Outside of Sam, Arya hasn't encountered another POV since Baelor's Sept. And I think about the same goes for Catelyn. So it happened in the presence of Sansa and Tyrion, or maybe Cersei, depending on if Bear includes characters as POVs before they were actually POVs.I was thinking it might've been the hanging from Merrett's chapter (depending on how willing you are to still call her Cat at that point, or hell, even how much you consider Cat a Stark in the first place), but #11 says seen in a Stark POV, not by a Stark POV, which means that the event occurred in Sansa's chapter (assuming it's Sansa), and was probably referred to later by whoever else was there (Tyrion, Cersei, whoever).Bleh...
