The Rise of Dorne
in a fight....to the death! who would win?
Beeswop
Provided he was sober and in full health, Sandor would eat Bronn for breakfast.
The Rise of Dorne
I dunno. Bronn makes short work of everyone we've seen him against. The same is true of Sandor. I tend to think Bronn is exceptionally good, good enough that an average knight in the kingsguard wouldn't want anything to do with him. Again, same as with Sandor. Jaqen H'gcarl
I'd put my money on Sandor. I mean.. Bronn is smart with his fights, but I don't think he can outsmart the hound - not because the hound is smart - but because he's such a seasoned fighter. That's atleast my guess. Beeswop
Bronn is an extremely skilled and quick fighter. But Sandor is a beast.
JonNonRegis
Have to go with Sandor. Bronn is fast, but I have no reason to think faster than the Hound, and the Hound's strength and particularly his greater reach would be clear edges.Consider that the Hound could go toe-to-toe with the Mountain, briefly at least, whereas Bronn was reluctant to try and said only that "it might be I could dance around him and get him on his back." The Rise of Dorne
Well Sandor definitely is smart. He offers the most incisive political analysis in the series. And his military judgement is sound as well. But just from what we've seen... I dunno.
Son of a Harpy
Sandor is bigger, stronger and more skilled; Bronn is dirtier, quicker and smarter. It wouldn't shock me to see Bronn win, especially if Sandor underestimates him, which I think he would. But a healthy, sober Sandor is a scary proposition - Sandor. Theda Baratheon
Bronn, we know, is a very, very good swordsman; but I just think Sandor is a lot stronger and is also a very, very good swordsman. I'd say Sandor would win.

Sandor was driven by hatred of his brother. Bronn by reason. Its just not the same situation. Not that Sandor couldn't maybe kill Gregor. But then so did Oberyn. Maybe Bronn could too. JonNonRegis
In performance terms, I suspect this fight might resemble the Mance/Jon sparring match.

I'll say this, I was impressed that Dondarrion could perform as well as he did against the Hound.

However Bronn is a craftier fighter -- the Hound is basically the Terminator with a sword.
Trident full of Dogs
Have we seen any fights where the Hound is sober? He was drunk in all the fights in ASoS, at least form Arya's POV. I don't recal Bronn fighting drunk.I'd be disappointed if Bronn won. Part of the Hound's charm as a character is knowing he is SOOOOOOO good a fighter, it makes you hope he could win every fight, and gets you (at least me) rooting for him. It's so much fun to see his badassness confirmed in every fight! Feelings apart, seriously I think Sandor would win.
~Shiera Seastar~
Bronn won't fight Sandor unless someone will pay him for it. :PSandor, on the other hand, likes killing 'coz it's the sweetest thing there is. :D
Ducks in a Field
I would give this one to the hound, but only maybe seven out of ten times. Bronn is very good and very cunning, not a man to be underestimated.
King Tyrion VIII
I'd bet on post-injury Sandor over Bronn any day.
