I found it very interesting at the point when Jaime was delivered to Bolton (by Locke) one of my friends said "He could be Tywin's brother". That's why that made the ridiculous decision to have the Karstarks make up half of the northern army, as a quick way for Robb to lose a lot of men so that the Boltons and Freys destroying the rest of the army doesn't seem as implausible.
