How many book-years are the next two books planning to cover?

We all know GRRM was planning for a 5 year time-jump for AFFC but later shelved it. There is no way a similar thing can be done for the final two installments. Winter is meant to be as long as the summer, and the summer was one of the longest in recent decades. We only caught the end of that summer which was ~9 years long from memory. So assuming A Dream of Spring catches the end of Winter, will the next two books cover around a 9 year period? Will time be accelerated by long months holed up in castles trying to cope with the Winter?

The characters will solve the problem of strangely long seasons and Planetos will return to a normal cycle.

Or a Long Summer doesn't necessarily mean an equally Long Winter, that's simply a popular meme in Westeros.
