i would think if he left the brotherhood he would find a better place to sing his songs he is up to something shady there. i mean jamie found him in the frey camp

I think a lot hinges on who's the one who gave up the intel on the Freys that left Riverrun and were never heard from again. Tom would be the obvious choice, while others point the finger at Frey infighting, specifically Black Walder.

I think that both happen to be true, Black Walder is killing everyone from his way, but this one particular incident was Tom's handiwork.

The Brotherhood isn't strong enough to do something major like siege Riverrun, perhaps not even perform a RW-like event if there are too many soldiers present, but they're up to something and Tom has a part in it.

Imma say this again, IMO the Blackfish is still in Riverrun hiding in some pot shop somewhere waiting for his next move, Tom o Sevens will have an interesting talk with him over a bowl o brown, the conversations gonna get interesting when the Blackfish finds out his niece is alive. Still sticking to my theory Blackfish+Lady Stoneheart=Red Wedding 2.0

This is the only way a second Red Wedding makes sense to me. All the pieces fall in place perfectly for a massacre of treacherous Freys and Boltons hopefully but i think Stannis is gonna go Tywin on the Boltons tbh.

IMO he is there to gather information and let the BWB know about what all the Freys are doing. That's how the BWB knows when and where there will be a group of Freys travelling around, just waiting to get butchered. I'm not really sure about a 2nd RW... does the BWB have the means to do it? I mean, there will be plenty of Frey soldiers, I imagine. Though I really like the idea of UnCat planning a Red Wedding part 2.

Tom is scouting intell for BwB, and they are working on plans to remove Frey/Lannister from Riverrun. Second RW or not they will continue to strike, parry and fall back, doing small damage where possible. Old Walder and Tywin brought the rath on both their Houses, and deserve all that's coming. Writing new song The Frye's & Lannister's once proud and strong where have they all gone??????????

He is a spy and is informing the BWB on all movements in and out of RR. I am not sure GRRM is setting up something for the upcoming wedding. He has gone to that well one too many times in my opinion. But instead of a Red Wedding.....he could be planning a dead honeymoon. (joking)

GRRM cant have another major event happen at a wedding. It would look like it is the only trick he knows. I realize that these wedding events are great excuses to gather all the characters in one place for something big....but he needs to find another angle. Here's to hoping he is hiding something great up his sleeve. I know most of the book readers want some sort of spectacular revenge for the RW.

Actually it isn't "the only trick he knows", but UnCat's plan for revenge. Killing Freys at their wedding in her castle like the Freys killed her, her son and bannermen at her brother's wedding in their castle is the ultimate revenge. There is plenty of foreshadowing to back it up.

Tom O'Sevens is serving as spy at RR, how else did the BwB know that Ryman Frey was leaving for the Twins with a small escort? Even Edmyn comments that it was as if they knew he was coming.
