Robert's Bastards

Maybe whoever takes the Iron throne

No monarch is going to be interested in legitimising Edric. House Baratheon has been the Royal House once now, that won't be forgotten and for as long as the Baratheon line exists it will always pose a threat to the line of Targaryen kings. Better to let the Baratheon line die out than resuscitate it by legitimising a bastard. Or if a member of House Baratheon take the throne they won't want to legitimise a son of Robert as he would then have a rival claim to be the most senior ranked member of the house.

But if a member of the Baratheon line claims the Iron throne, one of the Bastards, which are the only natural born children of Robert, would be the heirs, wouldn´t they? Despite the facts, that they are "only" Bastards. And Edric Storm is highborn compared to Gendry, for example.

No. Any more than Arryn bastards are.

Petyr and the folks of the Vale count to Harry Hardyng. Who would be the first collateral heir of Baratheons? It does not need to be a Baratheon - some descendants of Steffon´s aunt, or grandaunt etc.

Shireen might be, especially if Edric grows up to be a young Robert/Renly, which he appears to be doing.

Both Aegon and Daenerys are going to need someone to install at Storm´s End. Simply forfeiting it to the Crown and annexing Stormlands to Crownlands under appointed castellans would be unpopular... as would installing a Lord by royal fiat with no shred of genealogical claim. Stannis if alive far away in North would hardly bend knee to Aegon. Shireen might, but will Queen Regent Selyse haul her back south to bend her knees to Aegon&Jon? Tommen and Myrcella have an obvious claim, and Tyrells and Martells may be demanding Stormlands as their price for giving up Iron Throne, but is Jon inclined to leave ex-King or his sister ruling Stormlands?

Legitimation of Edric does require that Robert is recognized as having a legal claim to Stormlands. Aerys and Merryweather presumably declared that forfeit early in Robellion, so Jon and Aegon have to reverse that as well... But considering that Golden Company has contacts in Essos, more so than Daenerys personally, are there good chances Edric follows Aegon or is brought to him?

lannisters did that to the tullys and the riverlands and they did not seam to worry about it.

Gendry will have a role to play in the BWB/Lady Stoneheart/Jaime/Brienne storyline, especially since BWB & Stoneheart are actively looking for Arya.

Gendry and Arya will certainly startin to love each other when growing up

I think the Robert's bastards will play a significant role in the events to come. There are too many similarities between the stories of Aegon IV and Robert for it to be coincidental, and Aegon IV's bastards were responsible for some of the most important events in the history of Westeros. Bloodraven is still playing the game from afar, Bittersteel's Golden Company is heavily involved in Aegon's bid for the throne, Daemon Blackfyre may be an ancestor of Vary's, and some people think Quaithe may be Shiera Seastar, so you could argue that they all still have a hand in the going's on. I think Robert was meant to be analogous to Aegon IV (Handsome, powerful ruler's who become slovenly and gluttonous over the course of their reign. And, they both have a penchant for promiscuity, leading to the birth of many bastards), Jaime was meant to be analogous to Aemon the Dragonknight (Served in the King's Guard for 4 different kings, was named Lord Commander and served in that role until his death, and is in love with his sister, who happens to be the king's wife), and Joffrey/Tommen was meant to be analogous to Daeron II (Named king, but not as fit to rule as his bastard brother, rumored that his "uncle," the Lord Commander of the King's Guard, may actually be his father, sister is sent to Dorne, and betrothed to a Martell). This leads me to believe that Gendry, Edric and Mya will be in some way analogous to Daemon Blackfyre, Bittersteel and either Bloodraven or Sheira.
