Furthermore, they were pretty much forced to try and destroy the Wall because of the white walkers. The Ironborn decided to invade the North just because they wanted to live by the Old Way. Is it because the wildlings are portrayed as sympathetic? They both rape, raid and murder and think it is okay but ironborn are way more civilized than those wildfolk. The Wildlings aren't like that as a whole. The Thenns are shitty, yeah, and the Lord of Bones is just as bad. But people like Tormund or Ygritte or Val? They aren't choosing to just go out and eat babies or anything. They're forced to attack the NW or die to the Others. How many of the Wildlings that crossed through the Wall in AFFC/ADWD do you think are guilty of rape, murder, theft? Compared to the Ironborn, how many of the Ironborn do you think have murdered, raped, and stolen? Virtually every single one, cause that's basically their transition to adulthood. Even Asha has done it. Nobody forced the Ironborn into any of their invasions throughout their history. It was all a choice. Most of the Wildlings only do bad shit because it's that or die. The Ironborn do it for the fun of it, and because they believe it's their right. It's funny that you claim bias though, because you just used a single case of incest via Crastor to sledge the Wildlings as a whole. I mean, you know that most Wildlings like Tormund and Ygritte won't even 'marry' within their own village, right? This "they do murder, rape and steal because they are forced to" excuse is ridiculous and doesn't work. And you are doing the same thing you accused me of by generalising the Ironborn.
