How did Tyrion find out Littlefinger bribed Janos Slynt?

Ned tried to order the Goldcloaks to arrest Cersei and Joffrey, which shows to everyone that he believed they were on his side.

Ned was arrested instead and it's clear to everyone Janos Slynt and Goldcloaks, Petyr are on the side of Joffrey & Cersei.

Fairly easy to deduce Goldcloaks and Janos Slynt betrayed Ned. Also since Petyr accompanied him to the throne room, and everyone saw him hold a dagger to Ned's throat, most can guess Petyr was involved. If they haven't guessed from Petyr's personality already.

This would have been fairly common knowledge in the Red Keep, so easy for Tyrion to figure out. If Varys hasn't told him all the details from his birds already.

Also, the "bribe" was a Lordship (Harrenhall) so its not like Littlefinger actually paid Slynt. He likely just arranged it.

Its clear from the throne room scene that Ned thought the Gold Cloaks and Littlefinger were with him, then both switched sides.

It was also an open secret of sorts that Slynt took bribes,  and that Littlefinger was involved. This is recalled much later in the books by Stannis.

All the above plus guessing from Tyrion Lannister's part. ;)
