The doctor thinks I've torn some ligaments, basically I'm still able to run it's just once I do I'm not able to run again for a couple of days and my fitness this season has not been good enough. So I'm trying to find something I can do with a little more frequency.

Man, go get an MRI. You need to know.

I am, I just went to see the doctor today. You have to jump through all the hoops before you get to see a specialist.

I hear that. Best of luck, man. Hopefully you just have a minor strain.

I don't think it's just a strain to be honest, I've strained my ligaments before and it got better after resting it for about five weeks ,this hasn't got much better for about a year still hopefully I'll be able to get it fixed over the summer before next season starts.

I'm closing this thread early.

After discussion, the mod team has decided that it's better that this topic be split into two threads, one focusing on exercise or fitness goals, the other on specific weight loss goals. This would prevent one or the other aspect from dominating a given thread. There is nothing stopping a person from posting liberally in both threads ;)
