They love hypocrisy. They scream about “free speech” while seeking to shut down, NPR, PBS, and CBS. -

Absolutely kill it with fire then submerge the remains in acid. -
Where did you get Kleya being “near human” but not “human”?

Where was that established?

I’d watch it twice on Tuesday so long as Tony Gilroy made it.

This show could easily have been called Luthen but we were given Cassian Andor as the cypher through which to view this story.

Dave Filoni writes and directs shows for kids and teens. She should be kept away from anything involving Andor or any progeny created fromAndor.

It’s the SCOTUS… granting an injunction. Something the Solicitor General argued the SCOTUS lacks the power to grant yesterday. -

Highly unlikely. -
I’ll disagree. The jackasses in the US who think masculinity is defined by growing a “Duck Dynasty” beard, driving a giant truck, and spending six hours backing their giant trucks into parking spots are definitely “toxic” in my earnest opinion.

On NPR All Things Considered they reported how “liberal judges” had granted nationwide injunctions against many of the Convicted Felon’s Executive Orders. Thay pissed me off. Conservative judges appointed by other Republicans and by Trump himself have done the same. Saying “liberal judges” feeds the Trumpanista lie machine. -

I agree. Case in Controversy is a huge limit on the (very broad) power of Article III courts. This is a problem. But this isn’t the time to restrict Court power. [ETA] I flipped a Trumpanista acquaintance who opposed Nationwide injunctions by pointing out that this means a Democratic President could seize firearms by EO “reinterpreting” the 2nd amendment it would require each individual firearm owner to sue to protect their own rights if Article III (including the SCOTUS) courts lose the power to issue Nationwide injunctions. His reactions was “fuck that…” -

Gorsuch, and Coney Berret seem hostile to the argument presented which would strip federal courts of the ability to issue nationwide jurisdictions. [eta] Now Kavanaugh too… -

I’m listening to the orals in the 14th amendment case on NB Citizenship. They are aruging not the merits but about nationwide injunctions. Trump wants to strip… even the SCOTUS… of the power to issue nationwide injunctions. -

@SionLordofPain I thought you might find this interesting “Tollef Sorenson” argues that the absence of the Jedi/Sith in Andor defines them more starkly and represents their importance by demonstrating a Galaxy in their absense: -

Anakin was absolutely a stalker regarding Padme. Everything in with him obessing and leering at Padme comes off as stalking to me. -
