I'm very interested in their religion for completely scientific purposes. I'd love to see them through either Theon's eyes, who would probably cry from frustration, or Stannis, who, well, I don't think I even need to explain why that'd be hilarious. I really, really hope that we don't see Asshai, or anyplace else east of Slaver's Bay. I'm not too interested in ancient Valyria, nor any of the other continents of Planetos.
