Dr. Pepper
Between a Westerosi Man-at-Arms, a Braavosi courtesan, a Summer Islander and a Master from Slavers Bay, whose fecal matter would stink the most depending on their respective diets? Poop isn't really beholden to a nationality or ethnicity. Poop does tend to answer to class and lifestyle. A wealthier person with more access to meats and fats will have smellier poop. Those who consume large amounts of alcohol will have smellier poop. Robert's poop probably smelled about the same as the Yellow Whale's poop. It would be difficult to determine which of these four would have the smelliest poop without more facts.
