KellieBom
How do you people read the entire series in 3 weeks?! Don't you have jobs, or have to sleep? I read everything in about 4 months. I'm about 2 chapters away from finishing Dance and after that is over, I'm starting my re-read immediately after! I'm going to take much more time the second time around and really absorb and look for things I know I missed the first time. OR.... Harry Potter re-read? I can't decide. :)
Gimli son of Gloin
Well, I did AGOT and ACOK on audiobook (which I think takes longer time in amount of hours, but still awesome). I read the three other books. Over all it took me about 9 months. Now I regret this of course, and wish I had spent much more time. I'll re-read them one day though. Drake Heath
AGoT, ACoK and ASoS I read all in three weeks, while it took me a few weeks to finish AFfC because it was pretty dry. ADwD took me about two weeks, because I didn't have the momentum I had when I first started, but it was good enough for me to finish quickly. fishalfred
About 2 and a half weeks for all of them. I had a reader wanting the books behind me pressuring me to hurry up.

King Tyrion I
One week. I'm quite a fast reader.
Guess who's back
I'm not really a big reader. It took me like two months to finish first 4 books. DWD was just painful, took me like half year.
Aidan Seaworth
6-7 months. I did take quite a big break after ASoS in honour of Robb :bawl: but still I was proud of how long it took
Night's_King
Wow. So many people who started reading the books after ADWD was out. 5 years for me. Can't really remember how fast I read the first 4 books. ADWD - about 3 weeks, I guess.
Formerly Tetrarch42
About five weeks, a week a book approximately.
Fool of a Book
Less than a week for each. Obviously spread out over release dates. It takes me LONGER now to reach each one, depending what I'm concentrating on. At least a week or two while making notes. Depending on life. Alayne's Shadow.
I'm surprised it took some people more than six weeks - It took me one month to go through all books.
Night's_King
I'm surprised it took some people more than six weeks - It took me one month to go through all books. Some people have very time consuming jobs and other hobbies, I guess.
A Man Has Said
The first reading was quite a while ago, but I think it took a month to maybe as long as 6 weeks. But I had 'what happens next' fever pushing me onward that first time, so I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as the first re-read, which took at least twice as long and clued me in to a lot more details and how those details connected. The re-read was also with the benefit of the awoiaf wiki - reading chapter synopses before the chapter and character profiles and such without fear of 'spoilers' definitely enhances the experience. Don Roberto
Anywhere between six an eight months, of reading time online (not counting time between books). I'd read one chapter per day (two if they were short, or things were very exciting).
Fat King Robert
About one or two months. When I didn't study, I read. Admittedly, It wasn't a very thorough readthrough,
Dragon's Bane
2 weeks. And I didn't read per se, I listened to the audio books. AFAIK they have a runtime of almost 9 days, so you can imagine what I did aside from that.
