Third sons
We have seen how different handicap can grow to strenght in this series. Wayman is fat so everyone thinks he also must be a silly fool. But he is not. He is a good player and a smart man. Jamie lost a hand an now he must use his brain. Tyrion one of the best players in the game is a dwarf. So how will the horrible burns on the body of Loras change him? Will he learn that he can't be that hungry for glory? Shall he become alot more hatefull now that his good looks are spoild? What do you guys think?

Light a wight tonight
What burns? The only report of those comes from a fairly unreliable source who was basically telling Cersei what she wanted to hear, just before absconding with the royal fleet. shadow282
I think Loras is dead. So not much growth going on there.

I would assume he OP means the boiling oil that was reported to Cersei.
Lord Lannister
Yeah, the jury's still out on Loras. I find it hard to believe that none of the Stannis related POV's mentioned the fall of Dragonstone at all.

Actually seems pretty reasonable that Stannis would not know about Dragonstone's fall.
Kyll.Ing.
If you've got burns on more than ~10 % of your body, you're in deep, deep excrement, even with modern medicine. The chance of infection is practically 100 %, your immune system goes haywire, and you'll be dehydrated through blisters and pus and whatever other nastiness comes out of the wounds. If Loras really took a bucketful of oil to his head, he isn't going to be changed for the better. He'll be dying, unless he's really, really lucky. However, the only source we have on Loras' alleged burning is not exactly trustworthy. Most likely, Loras took his men elsewhere, possibly to smash up Ironmen in the Reach. Trigger Warning
I think it's more telling the Mace Tyrell doesn't seem to care.
