The questions I'd most like to ask besides those already written are... 1. Is Rickon alive and well? 2. Did Jon actually die and if so how will he be revived? 3. I thought he'd been asked that question in that Q&A w/ a Spanish fan site called (I think) Asshai.com. As said, I didn't find it there but I am fairly sure he was asked the question. Now it's a matter of finding where... If it's any consolation, and if memory serves, he didn't answer properly, just threw one of the usual replies, keep reading or something similar.
