Objectively, he's done that. But you compared them directly, which is unfair. Wiggins just completed his 2nd year in the league, Love is in his 8th. The difference there was that Leonard has been a better player his entire career than Hill has, whereas Love is objectively a better player than Wiggins right now. One trade was a rookie who quickly became a top ten player in the NBA for a role player. The other was a guy who was a top ten to fifteen player in the league before the trade for a rookie who, as of yet, has been solid but not amazing. Right, but there are more factors in play than that in Love for Wiggins. Love was entering the last year of his contract before Free Agency and he was on a max contract.
