I was skeptical of branching out but after these gimicky modern seasons I took the plunge and it's sooo much better then where the game is at in the US, it's got the advantages paired down to a reasonable level. The episodes are longer there are more camp life scenes and the game is played at a slower pace. It's really got that classic survivor feel of the first seasons of US survivor.
