BLU-RAY Posted February 27, 2010 Share Posted February 27, 2010 The Canadians played some vintage Red Wings hockey the last couple periods; just absolutely solid puck possession, occasional chances, and giving up very little going against them. This is the style that made the Wings such an absolute pain the ass the last three years, and seems to give some more credence to having Babcock coach the team. I like this style; keep the puck from your opponent, win the battles, and take your chances when you wear the other team down to the point of taking penalties. 3-0 Canada after 2.
