I figured out how to do my avatar for the forums, but when I view my profile, I just have that ugly anonymous gray thing instead of a proper photo. Let me add that I've had to turn off profiles again, so you can't do anything right now anyways. I can only guess that the novelty of the new skin, and the fact that most people had their avatars disappear, led to a surge of people trying to change it and overloading the system.
