Problem with Quoting, not being able to that is?

So im not sure if i accidentally did something to a setting, but every time i try to quote someone from any thread I get a page showing everything people posted in the thread and part of the background of the forum bleeding through over the text. I have been unable to fix this problem, here are some pics showing from the very top of the page to the bottom. These pics show exactly what i see right now every time i try to reply to anyone.

Also if you will notice in Pic1 the text box is now showing everything that goes into a post, including program marks we are not suppose to see when typing, why is this happening now as well?

Everything seems to be working normally again, i didn't do anything it just started working again. I sent a PM message that worked normally, so i tried quote something from a thread and it worked perfectly. So the function of this thread sorta has run it's course, perhaps the pics i posted will give you Mods and Admins some idea of what people are talking about in the future, if they have the same problem though :)

Ran has been fiddling with some of the code, so any weirdness is likely a result of that. :)
