If Aegon is a Blackfyre, and I think he is, he is an heir, but not the heir.Aegon IV legitimized all of his bastard children just before he died. Legitimized bastard children can take the family name and inherit, and so, presumably, can their descendants -- see Ramsay Snow Bolton, and, perhaps, eventually John Snow Stark. However, the way I understand it, legitimized bastards can only inherit after all trueborn children. So that puts YG/Aegon in the line of succession, but after Dany, not before, which would be the case if he were Rhaegar's son.To repeat an heir, not the heir.
