Brienne will let Jamie kill her in TWoW

King Loren escaped, and lived long enough to surrender, pledge his fealty to the Targaryens, and beget a son

Lancelot, Jaime's influence, had an illegitimate son with Elaine, Galahad. Galahad was given his father's name, and Merlin prophesied that Galahad would surpass his father in valor. Galahad becomes a knight at the court of King Arthur, Jon's influence, where King Arthur proclaims him the greatest knight ever after accomplishing a few feats. Brienne may name the boy Jaime, and possibly one day join the KG for Arthur's parallel, Jon. Jaime Jr. may even surpass his father, in a way redeeming Jaime and surpassing him as a member of the KG, possibly being compared to the likes of Ser Ryam Redwyne and Prince Aemon the Dragonknight in being one of the greatest knights of his day.

this is if GRRM follows Arthur explicitly to the "t". He hasn't followed ANY story explicitly.

Assuming Brienne takes Jaime in front of LS, what will he be accused of? He confessed pushing Bran to Catelyn and she did nothing, instead she sent him to KL to send Sansa back. Jaime kept his oaths sworn to Catelyn, he could not find Sansa in KL, so he sent Brienne to look for her and keep her safe. He even gave her a Valyrian steel sword in her mission. So far, Jaime did nothing to be accused of. What will be his crime?

I think Jaime will be judged because of his idiotic words to Roose about sending Robb his regards. Roose said "Jaime Lannister sends his regards" while killing Robb. LS is not a type to forget such a thing.

... do you think she will let Jamie kill her so he lives thus honoring her allegiance to him? Or do you think Jamie will die beneath the sword he gave her? In a fight would Jamie even stand a chance with Brienne given his lost hand?

I believe Brienne's sword was forged in the blood of Ned Stark (Oathkeeper is one half of Ice, the valyrian sword used to behead Ned in the first novel).

A Lightbringer was meant to destroy Undeads in the Other's army, not to kill Jaime Lannister.
