Lockjaw of House Boltagon

Lannisteros

Recommended Posts

If the lannisters had better luck they could have had all westeros in their pockets:

- Joff + marg = the reach

- tyrion + sansa = the north

- myrcella + trystane = dorne

- tommen + shireen = the stormlands

- jaime (sans hand and sans kingsguard) + asha = the iron islands

- cersei (if sweetrobin dies and petyr doesn't plot) + harry hardyng = the vale

- if roslyn had a boy, the freys could have killed edmure and lancel marries roslyn, so lancel + roslyn = the riverlands

could this have been possible??

ps. sorry for the poor english

Yes, the lannisters could have dominated if they weren't so messed up and were pleasant to get along with.

Eta: though they would only have an alliance with the reach under your scenario, albeit a strong one

If the lannisters had better luck they could have had all westeros in their pockets:

- Joff + marg = the reach Just a Reach wife, not the Reach

- tyrion + sansa = the north Depending on who controls the North and which heirs are still alive again just a Northern wife and not the North

- myrcella + trystane = dorne Just a Dornish husband

- tommen + shireen = the stormlands Technically the Storm Lands would go to the children of Robert not Stannis or Renly. They are Tommens to begin with

- jaime (sans hand and sans kingsguard) + asha = the iron islands

Could work if they used enough troops to stop another Kingsmoot.

- cersei (if sweetrobin dies and petyr doesn't plot) + harry hardyng = the vale Maybe, but the Lord of the Vale with a weakish claim would want a younger wife for more heirs and possibly someone with strong ties to the vale

- if roslyn had a boy, the freys could have killed edmure and lancel marries roslyn, so lancel + roslyn = the riverlands It would go to the Tully/Frey heir not Lancels

could this have been possible??

ps. sorry for the poor english

No.

Hum, interesting, let's see:

1. If Joff hadn't been such a fucked up psycho, Olenna wouldn't have tried to kill him (probably)

2. Since the Boltons held the North for the Lannisters, I can see this happening if the PW doesn't happen

3. Myrcella is probably smarter than all the Martells combined so, yeah

3. This is trickier. If Alester Florent would've gathered more supporters he could've overthrown Stannis and carry out his plan to wed Shirren to Tommen. However, he didn't take into account Mel's powers.

4. This is also difficult. Assuming Theon dies in WF, and assuming Balon was alive, I could see this deal going down smoothly. Of course, Jaime and Asha would have to agree, and they're both quite stubborn, but I can't be the only one who thinks they could've been an awesome couple. However, Euron was the game changer here. The Lannisters would have to kill him, and probably Vic and Aeron too so Asha could be heir.

5. This is the hardest. I don't think Petyr would've had released his grip on the Vale that easily, but I can't deny Cersei marrying Robert-like Harry the Heir would be delicious irony

6. Yes, Lancel could have been Lord Protector of the Riverlands or some shit (like LF is in the Vale), but there are so many wildcards here: the Faith, the Brotherhood, etc.

Ironically, this one of the few ways I could imagine in which the 7K can enjoy enduring peace: by binding all the kingdoms on one family, but that's very unlikely and pretty much impossible to do

Well, if the Lannisters didn't start the entire fuck-up, they could have done similar, without a war. Five regions belonging to family, maybe six in the extended family, and still a princess and a prince to spare. Sansa brought the allegiance of the North, the Riverlands and the Vale. And Theon would have brought the Iron Islands, especially if he was married to Arya.

Rickon's reappearence would fuck up all Lannister plans to get the North. Harry probably wouldn't want to marry Cersei and Lady Waynwood wouldn't force it on him. Willas and Garlan come before Marg. Roslin wouldhave to have a girl for Lancel to be Lord of the Riverlands. Stannis would never marry Shireen to Tommen and even if he did, he could name Edric Storm his heir or possibly have a son by Selyse.

The Lannisters already had it all with the marriage to the king even after the incest all they had to do was stop. Jaime and Cersie decided to continue so that was where their problems escelated.

They never had dorne, Dorne was gona rebel against robert, Just waiting for the right moment, The marrige was a farce and they were going to use Marcella as a captive. Obyren was going to KL with the intent to kill and get revenge so his life was up for grabs he would not of been a decent hostage like tyrion thought

Tywin already had a similar plan at the start of SoS

He would have had:

A grandson as King: Joffrey

A son as Lord of Casterly Rock: Jaime

A grandson as Lord of Storm's End: Tommen

A grandson as Lord of Highgarden: Willas+Cersei

A grandson as Lord of Winterfell: Tyrion+Sansa

The King and Half of the Lord Paramounts of the Seven Kingdoms would have his blood

On top of that his nephew Lancel would be lord of Darry, his grandnephew Tywin Frey eventually Lord of Riverrun (minus Lord-paramount status).

Then there's Myrcella married to Trystane in Dorne. No real control there but a connection.
