Originally I immediately said Starks on day 12. The fist day of Winter. The Longest Night of the year in the northern hemisphere. But I could not come up with the 12th house that was big enough to satisfy the suggested requirement. Plus I love the saying "Winter is Coming". It doesn't need to be changed. It is a strong message. I'm not usually one for conspiracy theories, but it does seem odd that the first few (and Tyrells) have floating text as opposed to banners for Martell etc. It's as if they were trying to cover something up, and the quickest way to do that was to photoshop banners with new words instead of painstakingly editing the original images.
