He's so meh to me that I can only think of him as indifferent (or the guy Dany bangs). I don't hate him. He seems like a good fighter at least... His magical prowess includes the cutting off of a small child's ear. Hail Dorkstar! Daario also has much manliness. His sword hilts are two naked women who do not like clothing. Mutilating a little girl, and arguably one of the only redeemable Lannisters, then running for his life? Fail to see what's cool about that...Daario...meh, I'm indifferent. I like that there are some hard truths, that Dany needs to learn about life, that he is more than happy to share with her. I don't have any specific hatred towards him (I don't like his contempt towards Barristan, but then I sort of understand it, because he just doesn't have the experience of ruling, or being around rulers, that makes Barristan so "Ser Grandfather"-y). I don't think he's done anything that is going to be fatal to Dany's cause, realistically. Unless he betrays her or turns out to be Euron. Dany is FAR more dangerous for Daario than Daario is for Dany.I say that because there usually seems to be this narrative of Daario as this bad boy with weird hair who is corrupting this innocent flower which is Dany.Dany is clearly in control of this relationship. I am pretty sure Darkstar is a hidden dragon, though whether he is Targaryen or Blackfyre, and who he is exactly (probably not Aegon), is unknown. Doran is not as stupid or as bumbling as a lot of readers think he is. Obviously Darkstar has Targaryen looks, which is why he is hidden as a "Dayne", who look like Targs. His "of the night" schtick relates to his hidden identity somehow.Also we know from the Arianne WoW chapter that Oberyn wanted Darkstar killed, but Doran protected him.
