Sea Stallion Posted October 2, 2012 Share Posted October 2, 2012 The dumbest theory i've heard on here (and there is actually quite a few people who push it) is that the Tyrells will switch sides and join Aegon. It makes absolutely NO sense. They have more power at the moment then any family can attain in Westeros without having a member as king and yet their going to give it up and throw in with a contender instead? Not to mention that Aegon isen't a naive sweet little boy that they could easily control like Tommen is (he also already has his own lead advisor in JonCon who'd be his hand so that position would be lost to them). Oh and then you figure in the fact that the whole alliance would ride on a Margaery/Aegon marriage which means she'd be thrice widowed. If you were Aegon would you want to wed her after 3 husbands died soon after their marriage to her?! If we're talking about theories that are just waaay out there though i'd have to say the Tyrion=a secret Targ and/or will ride a dragon as being up there.
