Theories?

Tyrion The Huge

Recommended Posts

Virtually canon:
R+L=J.
Gravedigger = The Hound.
Robert Strong = The Mountain.
Alleras = Sarella.

Convincing (to me) argument for:
Oberyn poisoned Tywin.
Aegon is a Brightfyre.
Some variation of the Grand Northern Conspiracy.
Jon is The Prince that was Promised.

Slim evidence but would like to see:
Ashara Dayne marries Howland Reed and is Meera and Jojen Mother.
Arthur Dayne lives with them.

Aerys + Joanna = Jaime & Cersei

The World of Ice and Fire pretty much confirmed that Aerys and Joanna had relations. The book said she seldom returned, I think that's telling, it would have said she never returned if she hadn't gone back to King's Landing for brief periods of time. She would have a right to visit her husband Tywin after all, and Tywin was Aerys' hand. Tyrion is defiantly Tywin's son, the twins not so much.

Alerras = Sarella

Sandor = Gravedigger

Frey Pies

Oberyn poisoned Tywin

every mentioned of word "sapphire" signifies secret relevant to the scene

every mention of phrase "arbor gold" signifies deception of some sort

Shavepate poisoned locusts

Mance wrote Pink Letter

Only thing that WOIAF proved is that Aerys had a thing for Joanna. Nothing really hints and them being reciprocated in any way.

What is KoTR=LS?

And can anyone share a link to a convincing HR=HS?

Thank you!

It should be KotLT = LS, which is The Knight of the Laughing Tree is Lyanna Stark. The story told by Jojen Reed to Bran about his father seeing a mystery knight at the Tourney of Harrenhal.

As for a thread on HR=HS, there isn't a convincing one...

Seeing as how after Dance was released GRRM said we would see Howland eventually it seems downright nonsensical to believe HR=HS.

Practically canon

Aegon=Faegon

R+L=J

Gravedigger=Hound

Robert Strong= undead Gregor

Alleras=Sarella

LS=KotLT

Varys poisoned Tywin with widows blood he stole from Pycelle

I believe

Varys=some dragon blood

Ilyrio=some dragon blood

Darkstar=Oberyns bastard

Tyrion=dragon rider

Sandor=Dragon slayer

the Spicers were working with Tywin the whole time.

Jeyne wasn't but they knew what would happen if they but her and Robb in a room together.

proof- chapter 19 ASOS Tyrion, end of chapter. last couple pages, what tywin says.

tyrion notices Tywin doesn't get mad when informed about westerlings betraying him. also Jeynes father is held by northmen, so they hate the north, definetly don't want to become allies. also the last quote of the chapter says it all

As for a thread on HR=HS, there isn't a convincing one...

Ahem... Isn't this one of the most supported by facts theory?

Spoiler
1) HS looks like crannogman.

2) HS hairstyle resemlbes only Meera

3) HS is exactly same age as Ned

4) Guys around him look like northenman

5) Masks in his rooms resemble only one thing in entire Westeros - Masks of Seven from Winterfell.

And there was never any argument against...

We've seen the last of the Gravedigging hound.

Bran ate smashed up weirwood seeds mixed with a drop of leafs blood.

Frey pies.

Tywin was poisoned, by who is still debatable imo.

Dragonsteel is simply Dragonbone.

Valyrian steel=/= Dragonsteel

Rhaenys lives on in her one eyed cat.

Sansa killed Joffrey.

Bloodraven is not the person Bran was searching for.

Not really the thread to discuss this but I dread going back to those...

But, "3) HS is exactly same age as Ned" is simply not true. Ned is mid thirties. HS is describes by several people as an old man.

Yes it is... 35 year old man is 60 year old man... I mean, who can argue against that???

And to say there was never an argument against is a blatant disregard to what has happened on those threads.

As for theories I buy:

R+L=J

Gravedigger =Sandor

Alleras=Sarella

Robert Strong=Gregor Clegane

Sansa will be downfall of LF

Jaime is valonqar

Aegon is Blackfyre

Dany v Aegon in Dance of dragons 2.0

I haven't ready them fully, but it was mosly bringing all over again same arguments every time.

And only indication of his age is his beard which looks exactly as Ned Stark's one (Yeah, that beard that made him look much older, than he really was).
