But I've checked and actually Ned changed only wrote "my rightful heir" instead of "Joffrey". Gendry wouldn't be a rightful heir because of his bastardy. "Rightful claim" doesn't mean anything. Yep. The Targaryens themselves were simply usurpers and conquerors. (Well, not "simply." They had dragons.) Randyll's wife (and thus in the blood of the child) of House Florent (who have a better claim to the Kingdom of the Reach than the Tyrells). Not KoIT royalty but royalty?3).
