Him being so pivotal, I feel that he should be played by an actor that everyone will probably know by face. However, he should also be physically imposing. So, here are my top two choices: 1. Ray Stevenson.He previously featured in HBO's Rome, with his character being a fan favourite. Gotz OttoHaving featured as a Bond henchman in Tomorrow Never Dies, and as the villainous Walter in The Pillars of the Earth, he's got the acting experience, whilst his physique definitely looks imposing enough for Victarion. Whilst this isn't really a problem a la Ciaran Hinds, I don't think he has the acting ability to hold up against what is a truly stellar cast.
