Rorge:

  1. Has a very creative vocabulary.
  2. Took care of Biter, who clearly needs someone to lead him.
  3. Didn't mess with Jagen H'qar - smart move.
  4. Was nice enough to help freeing Harrenhall from Lannister control.
  5. Gave the Hound's helm a truly fearsome reputation and thereby a source of legends - centuries later, people are going to tell their children Hound stories to make them behave.
  6. Was observant enough to note that Brienne was not a man, and vocally supported her in her struggle to deal with her sex by reminding her repeatedly of it, albeit with slightly unconventional choice of words, mainly the c-word.
  7. Does not discriminate because of gender when he threatens to rape someone - everyone gets a fair share.

She looked about to see that no guards were near, and spat three times. “There’s for the Tullys and there’s for the Lannisters and there’s for the Starks.”

“It’s a sin and a shame,” an old man hissed. “When the old king was still alive, he’d not have stood for this.”

“King Robert?” Arya asked, forgetting herself.

King Aerys , gods grace him,” the old man said, too loudly. A guard came sauntering over to shut them up. The old man lost both his teeth, and there was no more talk that night.

So much for what the smallfolks truly think of the great lords' games.

Even Mad King Aerys was better.
