OGtargaryen
For me one of the most brave and chilling moments came from the Prologue of A Game Of Thrones. When Waymar Royce fought the Other,"Dance with me then." He lifted his sword high over his head, defiant. His hands trembled from the weight of it, or perhaps from the cold. Yet in the moment, Will thought, he was a boy no longer, but a man of the Night's Watch."This to me is so insanely brave because he is not fighting an outlaw, or an opponent on a battelfield, but an Other. he did not run, he did not sink to his knees weeping, he stood there and shouted FOR ROBERT and attacked! How many of the other characters, including major ones could have the courage to do the same? Yes Sam did, which was also brave but he was also on the verge of giving up on life at the moment.Share yours!
not in the face
Jaime jumping into the bear pit. No weapons. No swordhand. Very ballsy.
The Drunkard
Penrose's defense of Edric in the face of Stannis was pretty badass. Don't know whether this would qualify as stupidity or bravery, or maybe both, though. For a minor character present in a single chapter, this guy went down in a blaze of glory. Mr Hodor
Quentyn the dragontamer!there is a fine line between idiocity and bravery. i always thought quentyn was more idiotic than brave.
Joyful Union
there is a fine line between idiocity and bravery. i always thought quentyn was more idiotic than brave.I'd say they're synonymous. Bravery often seems to come from a lack of self preservation, which could be considered idiocy.
